So, the stars made the elements, we’re all made of star stuff, etc. Many billions of years ago the universe cooled down at the point that helium and hydrogen could capture electrons. Hydrogen and helium were the most abundant elements in the Universe and inequalities in their distributions made such pressure over them until they ended up binding together to create stars. Inside the stars, the hydrogen and helium were so tightly together that they gave birth to lithium, beryllium, boron, and finally to carbon. Other stars were able to create iron and some other stars exploded when they went out of fuel and all the elements were thrown into space.
All the elements created reunited and formed a very young milky way, and with the past of millions of years created stars and the sun…..
