Love is the best systemic optimum, the only choice for our species to mature and survive.

“In game theory, the Nash equilibrium, named after the mathematician John Forbes Nash Jr., is a proposed solution of a non-cooperative game involving two or more players in which each player is assumed to know the equilibrium strategies of the other players, and no player has anything to gain by changing only their own strategy.” – Wikipedia *some time in between 2019 and 2022.

The systemic advantage of having more brains available, collaborating to get us to the next stage in human evolution is almost too good to be true. But it is true and we need to evolve or perish. We can only choose one strategy to hope for better futuristic scenarios: To love. If we love, we evolve. It is and can only be a free choice. Even in the libertarian plain of business and economics, the best choice is to focus on love as the central framework for business and political strategy.

“When people work in a loving environment, they not only feel safe and valued, but they are much more productive. He says, “The leaders of great organizations do not see people as a commodity to be managed to help grow the money. They see money as a commodity to be managed to help grow their people.” People well-loved perform.

Seth Godin shares that the Industrial Revolution of “better, faster, cheaper” is meeting its natural end. The economy will no longer be driven by an efficiency model, but rather a human connection model, or as he calls it, the “Connection Economy,” in which people are valued for their ability to connect people and elevate their uniqueness.” Kimberly Inskeep

Kimerly Inskeep – Why Love Is a Good Business Strategy

Humanity is a teen, we need to grow up.

Humanity is becoming an adult, it’s not there yet. These last few hundred years have been similar to growing pains, hormonal drives, growth spurts and the general dazed and confused sense of being a teenager. In this respect 2020 was quite the emotional and sobering episode. Like a teen driving drunk with all of his friends at imprudent speeds while listening to some rebellious fast rhythmic music, in a car they just rebuilt…

Our challenge is to mature as a species, as a globally connected family. As the geopolitical tantrums have taught us nothing good comes from them, except maybe the lessons driven from the pain of our mistakes. Perhaps the últimate challenge is to make sure present and future generations know and remember the facts and principles that produce a better society, one that manages the conflicting interests of freedom and responsibility as best as we have historically and perhaps even measure an ever improving situation for all.

This also means that there is an objective optimum situation that transcends ideology, religion but is true to biology and physics. It is measurable and optimization. An optimum scenario that allows for the individual to flourish in his, hers or its beliefs both respected by others and limited to respecting and acknowledging others. The golden rule, the principle of not doing to others what I don’t want done to me. An equilibrium that can be found in the common ground of major philosophies and religions. A reduced series of rules that will allow us to transcend. The basis of empathy as a survival trait that allows for creatures to help each other.

Is love our best strategy?

Love is the systemic optimum strategy for all individuals in an advanced, intelligent and interdependent species such as humans.
That’s why mammals have built in neurosensory to be very keen to emotions of love or its opposite and yet “love is redefined every time it exists”, because it is the outcome of a self aware person trying to help another person they are aware of, because it’s in our self interest to create a cooperative environment. I only wish our power hungry leaders know that this is their way to stable power. Peace and happiness enabled through the reinforcement of the instinctual systemic heuristic we call love. The best leadership is more like gardening than anything else.

Perhaps love is the organisational model that we need to make sure it is embedded on the value system the super artificial consciousness that will soon* come to be thanks to the natural progression of innovation. It will imitate the most intelligent creature it can perceive. That’s us and our internet. LOL.
